Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive the item to request its return.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, you may contact us at contact@maronl.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the address.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received a wrong item so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Changes
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be made automatically using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
