All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, Maronl will contact you via email or phone.

For customers who prefer a more environmentally friendly shipping option, we offer zero-emission shipping for an additional charge.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

Maronlis is not responsible for any taxes and customs duties applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damage

Maronl is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order has been damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.

International Shipping

We do ship to addresses outside the United States. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties and taxes.

Order cancellation and modification

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. We at Maronl can only cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been shipped.
